How it works

Three periods. No overtime.

1st period

Drop-off

The owner signs a storage agreement and the car, RV, trailer or toy comes into the fenced yard.

2nd period

Penalty box

It sits behind a locked gate. Storage charges add up daily at the published rate.

3rd period

Release

Whoever collects it pays the full bill, shows ID and proof of authority, and signs a release. Then the gate opens.

Storage terms

The rules of the yard.

Vehicles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles and other equipment (each a "unit") are stored as a bailee for hire under a written storage agreement with the owner.
Storage is charged at the published daily rate for the unit's class. A gate fee applies each time the gate is opened for a unit.
A unit is released only after all storage charges and fees are paid in full. Whoever collects the unit pays the outstanding bill before the gate opens.
DD Warehousing holds a lien on each stored unit for unpaid charges, as provided under Alberta law.
Units are stored at the owner's risk. Owners are responsible for insuring their own units. DD Warehousing is not responsible for loss of or damage to stored units or their contents.
DD Warehousing provides storage only. No repairs, servicing or transport.
The person collecting a unit must show identification and proof of authority, and sign a release.
